The
Tolomatic AxiomPlus features a Motion Controller, Brushless Servo
Drive, and PLC all in one package. This sequential
controller offers the savings of money and time spent on
separate wiring of each component. The integrated
vector drive technology is the same as the DV series
Axiom Drives.
The PLC features real time scans of 2-4 milliseconds,
ladder logic programmed in a Windows based point and
click editor, timers, counters, output coils, and more.
All comments and labels are stored with the program when
downloading to the AxiomPlus. Motion control includes
that of 1 or 1.5 axis. A full command structure
consists of incremental/velocity moves, branching to
labels, repeat loops, time delays, wait on conditions,
and more. Operation is 115/208-230 VAC input, single or
3-phase.
Other features include 15 optically isolated inputs, 8
optically isolated outputs, 3A brake relay, short
circuit-over current and over voltage protection.
