Steel CATRAC - Removable Rod

The Spring Loaded, Removable, Retaining Rod, style is very popular, user friendly, and available on all sizes of CATRAC. They are normally accompanied by a welded channel, positioned on the outer radius, with the Spring Loaded assembly on the inner radius. By grasping the assembly and compressing a spring the entire self-contained assembly is easily removed to allow access to the conductors. Vertical separators are available to provide conductor segregation.

Steel CATRAC - Rod Carrier

The Rod Carrier styles of cable and hose carriers are offered in the smaller link sizes and are removable on either the inner or outer radius. We offer a standard selection of widths for each link style or they can be custom cut to suit your specific needs. Vertical separators are available to provide conductor segregation. Nylon roller sleeves can be provided over the rod carriers if desired. 

Steel CATRAC - Split Aluminum Bar

The Split Aluminum Bar style typically consists of a set of pinned together aluminum bars that are then bored or drilled out with a series of predetermined holes in locations and diameters as specified by the customer. They provide a clean and neat appearance to the CATRAC system but can limit you to any future additions of cable or hoses.

Steel CATRAC - Welded

The Welded Carrier style is perhaps the strongest and most rigid feature available. They typically consist of a welded channel on the inner and outer radius to form what is referred to as a box-beam style construction.
