Banner Safety Light Curtains

The Banner EZ-SCREEN provides a redundant, microprocessor controlled, opposed-mode optoelectronic “curtain of light,” or
“safety light screen.” It is generally used as a point-of-operation
safeguarding device, and is suited to safeguard a variety of machinery.
 

EZ-SCREEN (formerly known as EZ-GUARD) is a self-contained (no separate control box needed) safety light screen system.  Designed for both short and long range access/perimeter guarding, this two piece safety unit has an available sensing distance up to 70 m or 230 ft 

MICRO-SCREEN is suitable for most industrial applications, and takes up very little space. The tiny rectangular emitters and receivers measure only 32 x 25 mm (1/4"x 1"), and can be integrated perfectly into your products without being obtrusive.

MINI-SCREEN is designed for on and around heavy-duty production machinery. Full system includes emitter, receiver, controller and interconnecting cables. Emitters and receivers feature compact housing with 19, 25 and 38 mm resolution.

MACHINE-GUARD systems are designed for point-of-operation guarding for the most demanding industrial applications.
PERIMETER-GUARD systems are used to guard the boundaries of a dangerous area when it is possible to walk through the light screen into the area of dangerous machine motion.
