MACHINE-GUARD systems are designed for point-of-operation guarding for the most demanding industrial applications. PERIMETER-GUARD systems are used to guard the boundaries of a dangerous area when it is possible to walk through the light screen into the area of dangerous machine motion. Emitters and receivers are constructed of 57 mm (2-1/4") diameter extruded aluminum for exceptional durability. Specified at a maximum emitter-receiver separation of 14 m (45') with 3x excess gain remaining, MACHINE-GUARD and PERIMETER-GUARD systems will burn through the heaviest industrial contaminants, including dust, dirt, oil, fog, and mist. Twelve different models provide screens of light from as little as 150 mm (6 ") high to a maximum height of 1.8 m (6')
